Sorry for the recent radio silence! We’ve been busy with a few exciting projects this year (about which we’ll be able to reveal more shortly) But in the meantime, we’d like to say a belated thank you to all of you who came along to winterwarming – it was lovely to share the evening with you, and we were also able to donate $900 to Melbourne Citymission’s Help our Homelessness Appeal.

Our next performance will be as part of Darebin Music Feast next month and we’d love to see you there! More details to follow, but some dates for your diary in the meantime – we’ll be performing on Friday September 21 and Friday October 5 at the Northcote Uniting Church, with the very talented Rachel Samuel (cello), Ant Connelly (sitar, synth and guitar) and Luke Wood (shakuhachi). We’ll be performing several new choreographed works, as well as some completely improvised material and everything in between, and it promises to be an amazing evening of music and dance!

For those of you who’ve been hanging out for them, we’ll also be holding a couple of “Any Requests?” performances before the end of this year, and stay tuned for more Black Rider action in 2013…….
